Nostrification is a procedure of recognition of foreign education documents in the territory of a focus country, i.e., authentication of these documents by the Ministry of Education.

Recognition of educational documents is often required when getting hired in Ukraine or entering a higher educational institution after earning a degree abroad. A certificate of nostrification confirms the recognition of foreign documents.

How to make an order for a nostrification?

You have to provide us with the following documents to apply for a nostrification:

The originals of the documents that have to be nostrificated. Please get in touch with us in a way convenient for you to specify the documentation package and details of the addressee.
The original or a copy of the Ukrainian passport of the document’s owner. (Legal entities have to submit an accompanying letter about consular legalization on the company’s letterhead, under the hand and seal of the director).
The original or a copy of the passport for the document’s owner for travel abroad.
The Power of Attorney for the representation of your interests by our employees (master document).
